go onto o2 website and select contact us. u can then e mail them and its free. you'll have to register first but thats quick and easy

O2 are pretty good with advice for things like this. Although they charge for customer services they are quick at getting problems sorted. Have you phoned them about it?

i can't recieve mms. i've changed settings to auto retrieve but still no joy.sending no problem.apart from this its a great phone.

Thanks so much - i went back to woolies and after some hassle and arguing over whether they actually had a price promise or not, they agreed to pay the price difference. Argos do still sell the phone. Its a great deal and a nifty little phone (even if it cant be used through the pc - shame about that bit)

i hve just read the comments and was wondering about the price difference - i have been on the argos website and cant find the phone on there - can anyone direct me to the argos phone? Thanks - also does anyone know where/if i can get a data cable for it?

Does anyones phone seem to be a bit slow responding to the buttons, especially when txting, there seems to be a slight delay on mine, is this common??

Great little phone, but is there anyway to get the annoying o2-uk off the screen, spoils any pictures you download.

Mine seems ok, do you switch your phone off when re-charging ? i allways do, as stated in manual,

I took my phone back to Woolies anyway in the end as it was over-heating badly when charging, and I got a new and cheaper one from Argos which works fine. I just wondered - does anyone have problems with the charger not working too well? Mine seems to be very tempremental!

Thanks for info about woolworths money back, i went today and got my £25 refund no problem, they were going to check argos stock but i had already been online and reserved the phone to prove they had stock, can be anywhere in country not just your local argos

Gav, many thanks I now have £ 25 of my hard earned back in my wallet. Got my ref number from woolies head office. The store didn't even check that it was in stock with Argos just gave me the dosh back.

G4AB, they are talking bollx mate.they tried to say that to me si i rang cusomer services at head office who sorted it foe me. look on website www.woolworths.co.uk and the price match is fully explained on there. head office will give you a ref number to take into store. do not stand for anything else but a full refund of difference.
