I've been using the phone for the past 3 years and it has not given any symptom of default but i lost the software. Can anybody help with it?

I have this handset for 3 years now.It has been great but the battery is always low.I changed it recently but it got worse.
This handset fell in a bucket full of water and it works but all the videos and everything stored has vanished.I thought this data was in the sim card and the memory status is still showing as full.Can anybody help please?

I have NEC e228,it was a gift to me.For the past 1 Months it has been wonderful using this product it's more or less my companion now. Unfortunate, i lost my USB cable and the CD driver.How and where can i get a replacement for these materials?.Thak you.

i want to know about how to transfer my sms from phone memory to memory card there is a option of memory card in sms opition but during moving they cant work and sir send me the key how i can sellect them all there is so much difficult to move 1 by one i will be very thank full of urs if u help me out

The new NEC e228 is a good handset when you talk about the current features of other good handsets. I know why many people talk bad about it is mainly, due to the absence of infrar and bluetooth. But we, the users should understand that it is built like that just to serve us better. it is all good. the only thing I dont like about it is the Body-built up. It is so soft and thus can spoil at a fail on a ground or floor.
