fu:try to plug ur cable again n again because i think is usb port problem i face it b4 but after plug in n out many time i already can transfer thing smoothly ^^

isit the icon on the bottom right of your screen shows the phone with the X? All i have to do for mine is to plug it in and the icon doesnt change, but once starting to transfer files it will detect the phone.

i got this hp abt 1 month and bought with the cable which around rm 1428...i install everything in the comp adi but i still cant transfer those pic and dl anything...everytime when i start to transfer,the comp will appear that cant detect the hp..when i check it out,everything was ok and the hp is connected...pls help me up?thx...>.

no bt for this phone...1 of the disadvantages...you can download ringtones,games,wallpapers..etc from www.necmobile.com for free......
this phone can store 400 sms...

i am back ... wohohoho .. price drop but depend on market .. most dealer is still selling at 1.2k ++ !! do not use k700 to compare wit e238 .. one is flip phone one is not, dun compare an apple wit an orange, u cant compare! n one suggestion for everbody, b4 u all post ur question, try to read others post b4 doing tat, cos a lot of repeatation of question. ok ?? frankly, the onli disadvantage if this hp is no BT n no external memory, tat all, but other specification is excellent in this price!! camera i dare to say is beta then most of the hp in market!! nokia just suck in camera, Sony erricson is the only one near e238!! n dunnot use a 1.3megapixel camera hp to compare n always bare in mind the price u r paying

I've boughtit last week,it's my first camerafon I never bought a fon cost more than RM1000 before.but what i can say it's worth buying- e238 the exelence fon!

I think im gonna purchase this model if the price drop to rm900+
But then, if its still rm1k.. im gonna buy SE k700i. I like both. But i would pick the cheaper one. So can u send the pictures taken to other phones, samsung ?
I heard about the sound quality isnt that good, is that right ? Tell me more. thanks

erm...i'm not sure abt the price but i bought it for rm1230...however...this is indeed a good phone.the colour is brilliant...camera is excellent...video is fine but still a bit lagging...cool design...26mb which is big enough for normal users...sound is loud enough...this phone is a steal for such price...however,the disadvantages are no external memory,no mp3 ringtone,T9 english is not smooth enough(typing too fast will cause lagging),lag of ringtones and wallpapers,recording isnt that good(kinda noisy)...
well...that is my personal oponion...you might want to check with the others...

ringtone n mp3 i use cable to d/l me also facing the problem when d/l game from nec website i think soon the advertisement we read that got game d/l will got nec hp game so just wait for it ^^

where do you guys download games and tones???i tried to download from necmobile but everytime i got into the side i will get 'connection lost'...cant download anything...can we transfer tones from computer??or games?
