wondered if any one can help. downloaded file using usb cable and nec transfer program. now i cant play this video file and it wont let me delete either. tryed restoring the factory settings, this removed all the things i wanted and left this file which i dont want. can anyone help. have no problems with phone other than that.

This phone is a brick. The network is rubbish. No unlock possible. Steer Clear.

finally got mine yestaday,iv had it less than 24hours,n everyfins workin fine so far,even the battery aint doin to badly.registraion was allready sorted 4 me.iv already downloaded,cupla fings of 3.only fing dat slightly pissed me off was that i got 100 minutes in stead of bein able to chose the text option.but im happy wit it,n 4 45kwid wel gd.il c how it goes b4 i gt nefin like memory card.photo quality brilliant tho bin messin round wit dat all day.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO 3!!! DO NOT BUY A NEC E313!!! I know it's a cheap handset and it does lots of cool stuff and it's not a bad phone (except that it's so big that you'll have to buy a trailer for your car to carry it about in) but the 3 network is absolute CACK!! I waited 5 days for a PUK code when the handset locked itself because of a stupid keypad lock pin code thingy and when you consider that you only have 30 days until your credit disappears and you've got to pay another £15 just to keep it working, 5 days is a bloody long time!! I've had my e313 for about 3 weeks and about 2 weeks ago I ordered a new nokia on orange and i can't wait til it comes so that people can actually phone and text me (I never have signal on 3)If you don't believe me ask about coz I'm sure anyone with this phone will agree. Don't be tempted by all the promises of cheap calls etc. The reason why they're so cheap is cos you can never actually make a phone call cos you've got no signal!!

Due to the this phone being extremely cheap, getting this phone unlocked is just about impossible (unless you're prepared to pay over £100 to 3 ). I have spoken to a load of phone experts who have unlocked just about every other phone and they reckon that NEC and 3 have made a deal to keep the software away from the internet
I have bought 1 myself and was extremely surprised to find that the data cable and software came with it as well as a Memory stick and stereo headphones, in my view all this for £40 is exeptional. Personally i'm not bothered about unlocking it.

Its a very nice phone try it and you will know it, of course it is big butit can do a lot of things. its good but too big and I cannot unlock it why?

how do u use the mp3 player on the nec e313? on the three webpage it says it has a built in mp3 player but in the handbook it says nutin bout it.

Hey all - i wanna ask you some questions about e313 - Can I buy these phone with delivery in Bulgaria? and how can i unlock it to work in non 3g area with mobiltel or globul... In Bulgaria some people cell these phone for 250 $ Is it normal.. cuz i think that is much.. please tell me what to do ..

looks like a dvd remote. its video picture is better than the e606s (the sky digital remote). phone is made of shite material (my stupid friend easily snapped his in half the stupid shit). wouldnt buy this phone.

im getin mine soon.n so far iv read mixed reviews of it.the main thing seems to b 3,who sound like money grabin thieves.i herd rumours from anutha site that vodafone mite b planin on buyin 3.jus rumour but by the sounds of it ne1 sept 3 wud b a start.also read that u can get it unlocked but some of the main features like textin dont work,is this true.cos luv to carry on usin my virgin sim.let us kno if u kno netin cheers

I have had my E313 for about a week now, and I am going to take it back tommorow!! I have had enuff, it's Cráp, Yes the phone in itself it unbelievable, but i am unable to do anything with it!! No ringtone's, can't send text's and to top it all it locks all the time WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE!

This phones features are great however its a brick n the keypad is disgusting n looks cheap n could anyone tell me if its true dat if u dont put £15 cred on every month your phone gets bloked thank you

nice phone well worth the money,warning 3 support staff dont have a clue,every time i phone them they cant understand english so dont wast your time contacting them.you will be able to unlock this phone all over the u.k shortly.

Just bought this fone from The Link. Software seems pretty cool. I have been using NEC 606 for a year, and wanted to transfer my phone numbers from 606 to 313. I transferred from fone to sim in 606 but 313 does not read sim memory. I am left with agony of adding each and every number manually. Ah, what a shame NEC.

Are you all stupid? The unlock code is 0000! Unless some of you changed it before finding out the default code which is really, really stupid.
