mike.....wen u purchase a rintone...u'll hear it, wen u do, u gotta press da menu button and save the item.....they dont send it 2 u, u gotta save it mate....u jus lost £2.50

this phone is great like many of us have said but taking photos inside is hardbecause light bulb light makes all your photos red or an orangy colour other than that 10/10 well done Nec! except for the o2 downloading service where i downloaded a ringtone a week ago and not yet recieved it . mike

this is an amazing phone....and for £80, its mos def the best purchase i have made in aggggeeesss.....the wap didnt work for me for a while but after 10 dayz, it worked fine, i can send and receve pics but i cant download games.....does any 1 know wat da problem is?

I work for Woolworths, and have sold literally HUNDREDS of these phones. The problem with the sending and receiving of picture messages can be resolved by phoneing the O2 customer phone line, dont enter your number when they promt you, leave it and you will get connected to an advisor, as them to enable your sim, and send you a picture of an O2 shop. They will say they cant, but they can. they really can. Ive been through this process with so many cutsomers. It will honestly work. If not, pop to your local O2 shop, but seriously, DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

to be able 2 snd pic's u ave 2 call o2 and enable ur sim 2 snd pics it can take up 2 48hrs 2 work i just worked mine out

i just bought the nec e525 but rather than put the new sim card in i used my old one to keep my number its a o2 genie card with free wap mins and free texts but i cant get the wap settings the same as my old one can any one help

this phone is gr8, dont kno wot u r all moaning about, the pics are down to the network, same with the wap, also the games are readily available, you can get a data lead from usa for £11 !! wollies hull £80 for this brill phone !! BARGAIN !!!!!

I purchased this phone from Woolies a few days ago and i'm unable to send or receive picture messages. Contacted o2 who put me on to another number. They said that basically at the moment i can't send or recieve pictures. Also accessing the internet via the WAP is unavailable too. No time scale was given as to when these problems will be resolved! This phone can only be considered a good buy once all the advertised features work properly!! God knows when that will be!! Very disapointed!!

I just bought this phone from BIg W, and the batter only lasted a day! Is that normal, or do i need to return it. Bearing in mind it was a new phone, so it was getting a lot of attention
