i work for a telco that sells these handsets & I would have to say that every single one that we have sold has come back faulty!!!!!

re: e525 gsm phone; is this is true tri or quad band phone? what is the difference? and is phone locked or unlocked for any sim card use in any network? in europe, usa, asia, etc?

i got someone to get it for me in HK.
can someone tell me watt came with there phone??? i just got the phone and two batteries. my batt.0 died real quick too, i didn't use it and the phone turned off in 12hrs. also i hear u can connect the phone to PC, but i can't see anything that looks like a USB port on the phone. can anyone plz help?
