New Essential Phone Camera app update brings Auto-HDR mode
The Essential Phone's Camera app has received a new update. Arriving as version 0.1.096.003, the update brings along a handful of changes, including new Auto-HDR mode.

Try the port of google camera from xda. People report results on the same level of google pixel 2

This phone has been steadily getting updates and has literally transformed the UX since its release. The next revised device i think will be a no brainer if priced normally.

They look better only if you shoot in panoramic mode, if you take a picture in portrait mode it looks terrible
