New Peloton Watch App lets you use your Wear OS 3+ watch as a heart rate monitor

The all-new Peloton Watch App now lets you use your Google Wear OS watch as a heart rate sensor during exercise. All watches running Wear OS 3.0 and higher are supported, including the Galaxy Watch4 and Watch4 Classic, Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro, the Pixel Watch and others.

Besides tracking your heart rate in realtime, this pairing also enables the calculation of your Strive Score (based on how much time you spend in each heart rate zone). This score gives easy to compare metrics between various exercises, from cycling to yoga.

You can use your Wear OS 3+ watch as a heart rate monitor for your Peloton exercise equipment

Speaking of, the app is supported by the Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread, Guide and Row. Pairing is pretty simple, just install the app on your watch, start a workout on your Peloton and open the Peloton Watch App then hit connect. You can find a more detailed guide here.
