Realme C12 with a 6,000 mAh battery gets multiple certifications
Realme C11 and Realme C15 are the latest affordable devices by the young smartphone brand, and soon there will be a new addition to the C lineup, called Realme C12. It appeared on multiple certifications along with the model number RMX2189, revealing Realme is planning to make it widely available and not limited to a single market.
The Realme C12 is certified in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and China - all four of them being major markets for the company. Some of the listings also revealed a 6,000 mAh battery, although it will support charging rates of 5V at 2A, or just 10W, so not modern fast-charging of any sort.
This new phone is likely to be a middle ground between the Realme C11 and Realme C15, so it will likely share some of the features like an HD+ screen with waterdrop notch for the selfie camera and Android 10 with Realme UI on top.
Among the more unclear specs is the position of the fingerprint scanner, the number of cameras and whether the chipset is going to remain Helio G35 - the same one powering the other two Realme C phones.
