New Samsung Galaxy Tab passes by FCC and TUV Rheinland
A new Samsung Galaxy Tab (SM-T225) has appeared in the FCC database. The same model was previously spotted on Geekbench powered by the Helio P22T and 3GB RAM with Android 11 onboard. Based on speculations this should be the upcoming Galaxy Tab A7 Lite which is expected to launch with an 8.7-inch display later this summer.

The FCC listing revealed a sketch of the device which matched a previous render seen on Twitter. The sketch also confirms a headphone jack next to the USB-C port. We also get confirmation on the SM-T225’s dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LTE connectivity.
The accompanying TUV Rheinland listing discloses a 5,100 mAh battery (model number HQ-3565S) and a 15W charger which will be bundled with the tablet. That’s all the info we have for now, we’ll make sure to update you with any new development that emerges.
