GeForce DX1 offers 365 GFLOPs, while A8's GX6450 offers 115 GFLOPs. Apple says A8X's GPU is 2,5 times faster, so roughly 290 GFLOPs, still less powerful than GeForce DX1.

Ppl should understand a simple fact, iOS isn't easy, you are just used to it. When I take my bro's iPhone I don't find it easy at all, the missing back and menu button makes no sense to me, and you always have to search the back button on the screen (this is an example). On the other hand is the same when my bro takes my android phone. Booth android and iOS are easy to use, but you are used to one, none is easier than the other. If you can't understand this simple fact, you should never never never compare the two OS.

I cancelled my order before just in case it came with a paltry 1GB RAM. Now that it's proven the thing is a beast, if bendgate isn't a major issue with the same build I'm almost sure I'd buy one. Looking promising.

Still a POS with a limited, closed ecosystem. The only REAL tablets are the Windows ones (not RT) that can do anything a laptop can and support both adobe flash and .exe files. ipads and android tablets are just for kids.

What's interesting to see is the GPU performance comparison with the K1 in the nexus. I think the nexus has a better, if not much better GPU.

Higher tha RAM , more power it requires during standby state for self refresh to work
I'm hoping that Apple will release split window , so increasing the RAM
later on Apple should release stylus support , then I bet no android will survive

so it cant beat tegra k1 in 64 bit mode @single core.when geekbench updated with 64 bit mode with android l, it will beat easily ipad with 300-400 more point.and it's not true we have never seen 4400.exynos 5433 already scored 4800 even in 32 bit mode.
