Samsung is doing it right. Off-screen buttons is the way to go.

Unless of course you do it like Sharp and keep microscopical bezels - even on top and bottom of the screen.
.
Maximum usable screen estate in as small overall phone as possible is the recipie for success.

No problem. The new models will come with 32GB internal storage of which there's 8GB user available :-)
And a micro-SD-card slot which is completely useless since you can't install apps on it.
Or in other words. Business as usual.

If they make the same stupid decisions as with the Alpha (too small battery, no SD-card-slot, too thin and STILL a protruding camera instead of making it FLUSH!) and with that latest FUgly Android 5.0 (fischer price toy colour scheme and meaningless bland icons) then they can keep them in Korea.
Amoled screens NEED amoled optimized UI's! Period!

Samsung is advised to quickly move to revamp is entire smartphone line. Have just 10 mobile Models from Top to Bottom ( Instead of over 100 at present ) thus have easier to manage inventory of mobiles and spares. After all Apple manages to make five times as much with just 5 Iphones.

A change is welcome. If your going to go a redesign route then the whole camera area could with a fresh take. The bump, square and chrome is very dated. The front bottom home button and bezel could do with an elegance teak.

There's Note 3 and then there's Note 3 neo...there's Note 4 and i'm pretty sure they are gonna out a Note 4 neo(that sounds lame though)...(Btw are these even considered as minis?Nope, i don't think so...they are as big as my palm)..

redesign the s6 to be a metal gear like alpha and great specs with SoC 810 x64 and if they don't set a crazy price like alpha then I will change my mind to buy s6 instead of one m9, or maybe because of lags I follow htc m9, who knows what will happens in 2015
Sony in my opinion becomes repeated design, and heavy triangle not handy device, they must change them
Samsung is changing many thing about plastic and new Touchwiz UI, but sets a crazy price on alpha
HTC I hope they solve the camera low pixels, and more capacity battery, and thin bezels
Motorola - low price high specs, but still lack of sd memory and features
LG still struggling with its battery uses and heavy lags but great design with great innovation with laser focus, maybe another innovation in 2015

I hope Samsung will keep making plastic high end phones. I don't like metal and I HATE non-removable batteries!
