As we can see on Z3, 1080p makes a lot of difference in battery performance compare to 720p of compact. So if we put 1080 on a compact with under 3000mah battery, it will perform worse than Z3.

I am 90% sure that Z4 will be thicker maybe by 0.3-1.0mm if it's going to have Qi wireless, nevertheless it will be a great phone!

Xperia z4 compact with 1080p? I bet the battery life will be worse. Such an useless upgrade. the average Joe won't notice a difference anyways

I am pleased to hear that Sony is going to make smaller bezels on their devices - the LG G3 is the gold standard in that department, compared to which most other devices have overly wide bezels. I am also pleased to hear that there will be a Z4 Ultra - I almost bought the last one so will be keen to see the next one - I like the size - 6.4 inches, as it is really a small tablet that I want. I just hope Sony can manage to make their devices a little less expensive - an absolute must given the rapid rise of quality Chinese devices under $400.
