i just updated my nexus 5 to lollipop two days ago and this update is really superb no any lag no issue, wifi working well, no battery issue, buttery smooth, new material design, new features, new battery life, graphics improvement, sound improvement, new lock screen, do not disturb, new pinning feature, new status bar, new quick launch, and many more and this all are bug free.
I updated my phone via OTA method(no flash image)via ADB OTA update it is same as OTA update. you can find it on Android Police site and enjoy lollipop. thanx

OK guys here is the thing. I have a close friend working in Google. So Wht I have come to know is that the OTA will come gradually.. Wht Google is doing is fixing bug that people are finding. Like WiFi issue, gallery app missing issue. So they stop OTA fix it and then resumes update. So relax. Give a week. U all with have android l. One more thing... Be careful installing IMG of android l from Google. News is that its missing gallery app. Rest all good luck and happy updating

When Google releases new update it takes up to 2 weeks to reach all nexus holders so just be patient guys.

So I guess its the manufacturing date matters oly.

Mean this is just not a good Nexus year from the 6 to 9 why Google why turn your back and let HTC make the tablet. They have so much knowledge in terms of hit products in the tablet area what was the last one!

Does anyone knows what is the process Google follows for sending OTA ? Is it as per the serial number of the device? meaning the ones which were manufactured earlier will get the update first or is it geographical distribution ?
Cant google explain this OTA progression so that the end users can patiently wait for OTA on their device ?
I am in Delhi India and got my Nexus 5 from Google the first day it was available, still no L for me :(
