I don't know about soak test. It released in us and UK. For India, its global gsm version, xt1068. And the thing is, don't try to flash it now using XDA or YouTube links if you don't know what you are doing. It could brick your device if you flashed the wrong firmware. The vedios in my YouTube are using the firmware for the us version Xt1063. And someone in the XDA modified the build prop and managed to add support for dual sim version. But its not a specific build for xt1068. So my advice is to just wait for the release and then you can update it through ota. Those who are already rooted and have a custom recovery should reflash to stock with stock recovery to get the ota. It won't be long till someone catches the ota and they will share the zip file which you can side load via adb or recovery if you can't wait for the ota. But believe me, its worth the wait.
