They Released Moto G, first generation around Jan-Feb 2014, then again released Moto G, second generation around Oct-Nov 2014.
India Got Two Generation Moto G in 2014, (LOL)
And still no updates for First Gen.

I m sick and tierd of waiting for the update...so i just rooted my phone and installed Brazilian firmware...now i hav my moto g 1st gen running lollipop 5.0...and m having no problems at all... :-)

Hi frnds and Motorola lovers ...good news for all u will getting the updates in coming week and i have recd the soak test updAates, its working like a butter smooth and silky.i recvd it with 5.0.1 no bugs or lag in it ...love u motorola
