Anonymous, 09 Dec 2014Because I just bought 805... And this is the last Samsung I... moreNever buy a phone immediately when it is released!

Everyone should always wait for a few months after the phone they want to buy is released. In this time, the price will drop significantly, you can read the reviews and people's experience of it on the forums/sites, if it has bugs and problems (for example the bendgate of the iPhone 6) then you can get informed before purchase.

I hope you (and everyone who read this) have learned the lesson.

I bought mine via Amazon a month ago and it was the Korean version.
I have the 8core and works fine in UK.
You can easily find it online in UK and I am sure it will eventually be the only version in the market.

Even if this is true against the reports on Snapdragon 810 delay, this wont be a market device. This will be a test device only. To the extreme, they may release a Korean version for testing like they do LTE-A version of S5 / S4.

Seems like a LTE-A version. which is exclusive to Korea. people shouldn't fret about it. I doubt it would be widely available and if it will ;) I'll be getting it(if I've enough money )

The biggest advantage of any Samsung mobile is its biggest drawback. These mobiles are relatively small and handy which does not provide space to fit with powerful batteries, and we know there is no meaning of having mobile phone, if we also have to carry power bank or adaptor.

statement from Qualcomm earlier this week:
"Snapdragon 810 remains on track and we expect commercial devices to be available in 1H 2015."

                Dear current Note 4 owners,

Thanks for forking over your hard-earned $700 for our fantastic devices. They are so fantastic that we decided to replace the SoC with a completely new one. No, you can't exchange your two-month old Note 4 for a new Note 4.

                Sorry,

                Samesung x

If you've read the previous articles about Snapdragon 810, they were having issues with it. Go read about it. I doubt they would be releasing this any time soon.

This doesn't change a thing for you, and it's the way it always goes in the mobile industry (not only Samsung).
If you were happy with your device before, there's no reason not to be after this one has been released.

Anonymous, 09 Dec 2014What a ridiculous and selfish attitude.Releasing a 810 based Note 4 just 2 months after Note 4 is ridiculous too.. They can call it Note 4 Pro / Note 4 Plus then it is logical..

Not that I care.. Got no use for Note sized devices..

Actually that what I was waiting for because lollipop was in some way disappointing to Samsung why they came out supporting 64bit after the note release. I was to buy the note because the exynos model is not found in my country I waited a little more. Samsung will really make me happy with this move instead of waiting for the next note. Well done Samsung.
