Samsung is the number one who will rejoice here! Not ericsson.

Mi phones can only sell in China.

No wonder they sell so cheap. U cant hide from paying royalties, taxes, etc.
btw barring mi3 their other products are highly over rated. The redmi 1s is absolutely pathetic. Please read customer reviews on flipkart

Plus, if they start to sue Xiaomi, a Chinese pride, well good luck to them making any impact in China which is one of the largest market in the world.

This is why China is the main market for this company. It may one day become a global company but their products will no longer be affordable after they pay for licensing and patent fees, litigation costs and regulatory approval costs.
