What's going on in these manufacturer's head at the moment? Why are all the phones getting larger and larger now? 5.5" display? The size of the S3 was perfect with 4.7" display. The max. should be 5", the absolute limit.

Screen is way too big. It's the size of a Note 2. They'll lose sales over this, not everyone wants a big phone.

64 bits with only 3gb RAM what a joke. Sammy better start innovating again or 2015 will be another rubbish year for them Smh

I'm sorry don't mean to be rude. But most of the people in the comments section are know it alls who don't even buy these devices nor understand Hardware, yet keep thinking that phones need to increase each specification every year.

NotePro, 19 Dec 2014Without revolutionary design, the spec changes alone may no... moreI hope you did read the bit where the guys at gsma mentioned that the specs of the z4 ultra tab is "extremely" unlikely to become a reality?

My hopes are still up there for a smaller in-dimensions than the Galaxy S4

Till then we wait. Hopefully its something eye catching not the boring same ol same ol sh**

Without revolutionary design, the spec changes alone may not be good. I am seeing Sony is leapfrogging with 6 GB RAM, 5K Display, 14 inch tablet....may be Samsung must come with a good advanced devices modifying the Edge type devices.
