I've received notification to download Android L, but at 10% it stuck... When I try to download it again it showing Your Device's software is up to date.

I have the same problem in my moto g2, due to slow internet speed the downloading stops at 18% then I cancelled it and when I click on system update it says s/w is upto date.. how can I get back the lollipop update..plz help.

Hi Frnds,
I got the notification on two days before..for Moto G 1st gen .. Having 850 MB file. I discontinued to do th same on wifi. I haven't started download also. But today if I check I am getting your software is up to date. Pls help me .

Hi Friends, Received the notification however the update stopped at 50%. Since the notification was not appearing I called up Motorola Help Center and the guy advised to perform Factory Data Reset. Done with that but still not received the 5.0 notification. Please help.

frnds its not at all a prob the update wil popup again they are releasing it according to their imei numbers so it wil popup again soon and do update it through wifi as it is a software update mobile network wil corrupt the download and wil stop at some 50% or 99% anyways lollipop is awsome on moto g2 2nd gen just check in a mail toto care about the issue they wil guide you out again
