copy and paste your ringtones from external memory card to phone memory ringtone folder, now u set the ringtone it will work.

I was using Moto G 1st Gen n I got Android l update on past Friday l Evening 3:30pm after that I was given to update n it struck for 15% because mine WiFi speed is poor again I was tried to update around 7:30 thankly it got updated in 1hour in done with all process Android upgrading ...enjoyed Lollipop experience smooth n faster ever....after 2days faced some bugs in lollipop ...then again I was faced with WiFi issues n today I had big complaint I got call after ending call screen got completely blank I thought charge got empty while plug into charge it was showing 50%...then after slightly found notification bar in that brightness was 0% I don't know how it gone to 0% after thank god slightly found that notification bar ...again I was spoken to Motorola customer care they suggested me that is a bugs in android l ...they will resolve this problem in may be 1 week .and they told me OTA update is stopped because that those bugs ....no worries guys those who didn't got Android l update wait for couple of days you will get bug fixed update.... hope guys mine android l experience story helped ...and thank you

I have got a news... moreit has already been given frnd.. u can have ur upgrade manually if u havnt got update notification. nd for that first u will have to install an app called 'update me' available on playstore and after installing it u have to go to ur settings where u check u system update nd u will see a new system update available.. enjoy

Guys those who r not getting update try to check software update after 3Am because i was too not getting update i just woke up at 3 am n then i checked for software update and it worked....

Those who are getting software up to date issue. Please try update app called Motorola update services in play store n try again update android. I think it might help

Hi.. I am an owner of the Moto G 1st Gen. I have got a news today morning that Android Lollipop version has been updated in the Moto G 2nd Gen, but it has not even got released for Moto G 1st Gen. Please could anyone notify me when it is going to be released for the Moto G 1st Gen????
