I knew they are going to make a smartphone version of N1. i'm so glad Nokia is making phones again. I hope they use stock Android and Not the Nokia X android version. They are one of the pioneers on smart phones and their built quality is awesome. they just need a proper OS to go with the built Quality.

Android was the salvation of the Nokia but they didn't want to see that, actually accept that.
Now everything is gone and Nokia wants a reboot but its too late.
A few last screams of falling giant won't make echoes.
They can make Nokia tablet but a Smartphone? for limited time...
Build quality of nokia and strom of the Android was very good opportunity for nokia and now they just bitching arround and I don't think people will forget microsoft trade with nokia, so they will remain history of microsoft.
      Shame, sadly, but true.

Nokia released it's contract with Microsoft early this year which is actually a good move IMO coz Windows OS is a NO-NO for user-interface. Nokia has not reinvented any of their gadgets as of this moment, all those phones you see in the market are FoxConn or from China. Wait 'til the 2015-2016 season, Nokia will be back, BIGTIME.

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2014N series n91 music phone on android please Nokia yeah i would love the n series phones to make a return with a modern platform and the obvious redesigns.

Nokia really did have a fantastic design team, only let down in the end by sticking with Symbian, which I had no issues with but the platform was very dated and needed a total overhaul when put next to the newer touch platforms.

This is just a Foxconn crap with Nokia sticker stacked on it, and nothing else. I would rather wait until Nokia reinvents itself in 2016, adopt a platform other than Android like Sailfish OS, which I consider the successor of MeeGo, and launch a real phone. Symbian just won't fit for today's market because it wasn't created with Web on mind.

Nightmares end. Happy to see that Nokia is getting out of hers. They condemned themselves by choosing that dead closed OS 5 years ago. Welcome to life NOKIA.
