What's up with these manufacturers giving their phones the most unattractive names?

Design of Symphony A50 could have been better. Waiting for Walton to release their android one phone soon with round design. Nice move Symphony. Keep it up.

The THL 4000 has similar specs, quadband wcdma, 20,000 antutu and a 4000mah battery for $90 with free delivery from most resellers. Android One is already being undercut.

And I wouldn't put too much stock into Antutu scores as at best it's still just a rough indicator that doesn't really reflect nor affect real world usage. But I do somewhat agree along the lines based on this:-

"They are all based on Google's reference design and have a 4.5-inch, 854x480 resolution IPS display, MediaTek MT6582 SoC with 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU and Mali 400 MP2 GPU, 1GB RAM, 5 megapixel rear camera, 2 megapixel front camera, FM radio, dual SIM support. The new device does bear some minor improvements over the aforementioned three, namely that it has 8GB ROM, instead of 4 and a slightly larger battery at 1,780 mAh instead of 1,700 mAh."

Yeah this here is precisely the problem when the Chinese are now bringing $130 to $160 also MediaTek namely MT6732/52 Cortex A53 64 bit phones either HD or FHD left, right and center. Yes there's that odd $30 up diff but therein lies the point; by at least half next year people won't be arsed with this $100 Android One any longer and would rather spend more.
