Sony could be the best(or second after Nokia) if they could use the software in a way that the device could take better pictures.
Other smart phones use Sony sensors, but they make better pictures.
Talking about Kodak, I seriously think they are going to fail. They need more then this believe me.

Actually, Note 4 is slightly better than S5 because it's using Sony sensor

Actually, design of this phone is ok… Hell,,, it's 100 times better that the uglyness that (for example) Samsung does recently….
Shame it's running this poor OS called Android though……

So they made a big hype, and all is what are offering is only 13 MP. I think a lot of people expected something much better. I think this is going to fail.
