Galaxy S5 firmware weights around 1.4 GB while HTC M8 weights around 400Mb. In my opinion Samsung needs a miracle for touchwiz.

Shaun, 13 Jan 2015Touch wiz is ugly only HTC sense is the bestWhile TouchWiz maybe ugly for some people, i find it the most user-friendly among all. For my TouchWiz is not ugly much better compared to the rest.
Anyways, we android users have option to use alternative launchers, so it's kool.

SamStinks, 13 Jan 2015I don't mean to be toxic but my deals with Samsung has come... moreyeah, same here. while samsung smartphones on the upper level are of actual good quality, they do not meet expectations anymore - they are always the same, their software additions are a resource hog never seen before and they are blocking everything - nothing is accessible from camera drivers etc. i also own my last samsung. S6 will be of the same kind... i don't want a slightly differently designed S5.. touchwiz but designed differently? same crap.

SamStinks, 13 Jan 2015I don't mean to be toxic but my deals with Samsung has come... moreMe too. I've been disappointed by Samsung in the past. My next phone will be either HTC One, Nexus 6, or iPhone 6.

Keep the necessary (Core feature apps) and move everything else to your Galaxy App Store
This will be a winning for the costumer

I don't mean to be toxic but my deals with Samsung has come to an end, I will never buy any Samsung smartphone because of the horrible TouchWiz, bloatware and late updates and customer services.

AnonD-328264, 13 Jan 2015Finally they have to put the power button on the top.It was... moreWhat? Where have you seen that info?
I really hope that's wrong, that would be a stupid change..
Why would you think it's better to put the power button on top? It just makes it a lot harder to access when using the phone one-handed.
Even the iPhone 6 now has the power button on the side, since keeping it on the top with the new phone size would have been horrible.

Ugly or not, it's a matter of taste. You can find everything wrong in Samsung phones if you hate the brand.
These pictures are from Touchwizz Kitkat, not only Note 4.

I'm glad to hear that it's in production. And of course if it's touchwiz, there will always be bozos who immediately scream "it's ugly" no matter what. They wouldn't admit Touchwiz had any redeeming factors even no matter what it looked like or how functional it was.
I'm concerned about unibody construction and lack of removable battery, but seeing GSMArena's track record in the past, I'll reserve judgment until I see it for myself.
