I wish sony again part with ericson.. And bring only few devices like moto this year..
A low end E series.. A lower mid M series.. And a flagship Z series with all dual sim variants and a cheaper affordable plastic flagship and a mini flagship.. Like how htc does (M8 & E8)..
And xperia Play 2.. 5 mobiles..
And high end Z or T phablet at the end of the year to compete with the note series..

Anonymous, 14 Jan 2015Mobile phones have reached commodity status like PC. Unles... moretotally agree . But correct me you mean laptop market . Like people loves to go for Dell or HP but only buy other brand for low price factor only.

Why not contact Ericsson? because after Sony left/parted with Ericsson their handsets went downhill IMO

Just design 3 high quality phones a year. - Premium full size, mid-range, premium compact. Update the bloody software regularly!

Mobile phones have reached commodity status like PC. Unless you develop tech like Samsung and LG that differentiate you from the rest it's all low price and low margin from here on.

Yes!! Plz just stop making rubbish self cracking, over heating good for nothing smartphones with mediocre displays.Plus u r never gonna make a profit if u populate the market with similar specd devices and deny any software update to them.U deserve what all is coming on to you.

This is sad news. I think there is really not much problem with Sony and their marketing but they have to change their overall strategy.
