Btw your favourite Samsung (since most apple hate comes from Samfans) was in court with Ericsson,sadly they were loosing so they made an out of court settlement with lots of $$

Since Sony mobile division is currently on a loss, Ericsson must buy it and start manufacturing Sony Ericsson mobiles again. I've been a huge fan of those phones such as the Xperia X8 wow!, what a great phone with amazing build quality, sensible 3 inch screen (still using it using Custom GingerDX Rom). And then go put up some serious competition with Apple iPhone.

It is one of the biggest patent holders in networking technology.. In the recent past it sued Samsung and made a lot of $$
