Pathetic specs.You will get a dual core 4.3 inch smartphone for much lower than 13,000 Rs(even below 7000Rs-Moto E).Many Quad Core and even Octa Core phones sell under 10,000 Rs.
Screen size is also bad,it should have been at least 5 inches.
