Apparently the Phone Insider app is available for all windows phone which implies that all the windows phones will receive windows phone 10. So, even Lumia 520 will receive the update though it may not get all the features(mostly related to camera).

I think it's the issue of RAM and hardware
..let's be honest, most windows phone 8 devices have pathetic hardware and ram is just 512mb. However, I do remember ms saying that they would update all, so let's wait and see. I don't want Ms to repeat the wp 7.8 to which I was a victim. But then come to think of it for sales purposes it's smart not to update, for technical aspects it makes sense for as for customer loyalty then it's a low blow. I believe in wp 10 and can't wait to jump ship from this lagdriod of my to ms's first flagship...

wtf. if they don't want to give, so be it. i quite happy with my lumia 1320. android and tizen are good alternatives. for an upgrade.....

As the lowest new model released the Lumia 435 comes with 1GB RAM it stands to reason that 1GB will be the minimum RAM to get Windows 10. Otherwise why make it 1GB when Microsoft can go cheaper with 512MB? Is this so hard to understand?
