Even if true what all the fanpeople forget is that it's only due to the 6 and 6 plus having larger displays and HD resolution with which millions of users have been waiting years for.
So everyone knew that they would obviously have some good sales.

It's a false statistic. Even if Apple had a good sale with the success of iPhone 6, Apple can't sell more phones than all the concurrence with Android, and Samsung only sold more phone than Apple with Android, in all category segment of smartphone.
If IOS overtook Android, that means all the people in USA buy premium smartphone and they choose only Iphone 6, few people bought middle smartphone despite it's the bigger sale
But in premium smartphone, Samsung lost sale with Apple, and Apple overtook Samsung with a few difference, but there is also the other brand with Android.
IOS dominates only in tablet, because most people prefer to buy Apple tablets.
If false to lie to favor Apple, IOS will increase but will never overtake Android, otherwise we can say all the brands with Android are dead phones.
      Kantar must study mathematic.

Keep in mind this is complete "bull****" - because of : - "While reading the numbers above keep in mind that ComTech is a consumer panel, getting its data from interviews with ordinary people.". which translate into that all data above means nothing at all.

To be a successful mobile developer. You need a Mac either way.

So you can develop on xcode or android studio or eclipse.

So since you are rocking a macbook pro / air outside dealing with customer. Mind as well get a iphone tether also.

This is not proof. This is not legit. Where are the Real stats?

Really, these stats come from interviweing a handfull of people. Next time, try and supply some real stats, like getting figures from manufacturers to carriers to consumers.

I have hidden most of Google's and HTC's own icons, because I don't use those apps at all. What now, too much of freedom and there's no way anybody would want to hide their unused icons/apps? :D I bet you have something negative to say about this as well.

And yes, all of us do download all the apps and icon packs from the Play Store. My 64GB SD card is full of icons, wallpapers and millions of other stuff I don't actually need! Or not.
