Their software had many bugs and so they didn't want to disappoint their customers by releasing a software full of bugs. They are trying to remove all those bugs before rolling out the update. And mind you do not accuse Google.

I think google cheated all of us...its march and still no update...since google could not keep its promise of rolling out the update in few weeks (4th Feb) ...they are now saying few random group of user will get update every week...believe me it will take another month or so before you get luck...

No one has received a single update from Google after buying Android One since September 2014. Now despite telling that there will be updates through Google plus, still there is no update. Android One is a big fail. Please don't anyone buy Android One phones.

Google has started rolling out Lollipop Update for Android One Phones. Though only selected users will get the update each week. Confirmed by News Sources. Bad Luck that I haven't Got it yet.

I seriously suggest that no one should waste their time here to know when their android one will get lollipop update
We all became fools buying android one reading their false marketing stunt that it will be updated to latest android soon it released
Better use phone with KitKat 4.4.4 or install cynogenmod12
Other best option is that exchange to moto e or moto g or moto x
I will assure that their phones already updated to lollipop in January 2015 and they usually first to update their phones its true
If you want you can check net
Finally I suggest that no one should waste their time here
