sry but resistive touchscreen is not good and samsung managed to put capacitive on a 2.8" so y cant htc? well they probably want more profit. also the hero sense ui is shown on that picture but it wont support multitouch on this phone. this makes texting on a touchscreen only device harder. and while 240x320 on a 2.8" screen isnt aweful its not that gud and bear in mind htc will make this with 65k colors while most other manufacturers can produce 16mil color touchscreens. htc cameras are not so gud. this is basically just a very downgraded htc hero and if u buy it ull probably just end up showing others that u want an android phone but cannot afford most of the gud ones. there are better phones in this price range.

Very very nice. And a fair alternative to the iPhone considering it offers an FM radio and compass - the latter being vital for all the wonderful augmented reality applications coming to Android.

great device for that price but its now gotta compete with samsung star/ nokia touch and Lg. as a consumer ive never heard of HTC until i started working in business mobiles. so in that frame of mind i cant see this doing too well in the teenage consumer market compared to nokia/samsung/lg

It appears that after Diamond, HTC went back to their usual boring design.
