You gotta love this site. Where else can you find a site where people argue over everything else except what the article was about. It's pointless but fun nonetheless and good for companies who make these devices to see where people support are at and probaly where there weakness is on their devices, except Apple. Apple can careless and it's obivious because look how long it's took for us to get copy and paste and Bluetooth. At least Nokia came back with the N900 and the x6 for those who want captive touchscreen phone. We kinda can see whose really for the consumers and whose not. Ovi is young but making good strives but years away from nearly competing with iTunes

In the article about the S60v5 2.0 update kinetic scrolling as used on the iPhone for two years is mentioned as one of the main things people want.
A clear example of tired old, behind the times Nokia copying to play catch up as they have done many, many times in the past.

james, 11 Sep 2009n97 is not a camera phone to compare with n95 because n95 w... moreYou can't measure a phone on MP, for example iphone uses 600mhz clock speed processor, N97 only has 400mhz... iphone 256mb ram, N97 128mb... Realistically forget all that and just look at the overall phone, iphone isnt a camera phone, never meant to be a main feature so doesnt really need one, but it has a top UI and plenty of extra you can buy for it very easily. It converges media very well, unlike any other phone. Remember too, MP does not mean a better camera (however 3.2 is little to small) but a nicely done 8MP camera will be better than a 12MP, it's just the resolution not really a strong indicator for quality and marketing ploy used by Nokia, Samsung etc.. The iPhone 3GS is a very good phone its just not for everyone, want a good camera though get an LG or Samsung seem to do it better than the rest.

It hasn't had eight billion music downloads or one point eight billion application downloads.
Does it have movies and TV shows?
How about podcasts i.e. podcasts "pod" coming from "iPod" which is Apple changing the way we speak.
iTunes is the worlds largest music store selling a quarter of the world's music.

One of the main "improvements" of the 2.0 firmware update is adding kinetic scrolling to the N97 interface which has been on the iPhone for two years.
The software you can install on iPhones is far more advanced than on any other mobile platform, e.g. with Android you are restricted to Java and cannot access the phone's hardware directly.
