I saw a video comparing to note 4 and it looked even better.
The only nice thing about this Samsung phone is metal edges, other than that it looks like your typical cheaplooking Samsung phone. Meizu looks premium, and also has one of the best fingerprint sensors which of course is missing on the A7 because Samsung wants massive profit margins.

AnonD-309678, 16 Feb 2015You can get the Meizu mx4 PRO for the same price or less th... moreThe 2k on that meizu got nothing on a FHD samsung amoled, amd the build quality and looks on this is way better than the mx4 pro and if you dont like the sp 615 you can get the single sim lte version with exynos 5433 wich is a flagship grade processor same as on the galaxy alpha a benchmark beast, it has the exact same chipset as the alpha, as for the price, yeah its steep but it wont be in 3 months time.

You can get the Meizu mx4 PRO for the same price or less than this Mid range Samsung phone.
It has 2k display, 3gb ram, better sound, better build quality, better cameras, better processor... need I go on?

The Snapdragon 615 is a true midrange chipset built for afordable phones in $150-$250 price range. To this that Samsung are charging double that just for their name and metal build that costs them $10 is hilarious. It is even beaten by the mediatek 6752. There was a comparison done between a HTC Phone that has 2 variants with each processor and the mediatek destroys the snapdragon.
You can get a mediatek 6752 phone for $200 or under. It also runs cooler, snapdragon 615 overheats alot.

As per the usual samsung strategy, if you wait for 2 months, the price will reduce by 30% just like galaxy alpha but the device looks great

Dont compare the phone with Yu Yureka or any Chineese rebrands..
The only model that can be compared with A7 is HTC 820 which is priced around $ 400. But 820 is having only a 720p display, while this is 1080p and 820 is huge at 5.5 inches, not comfortable to use..
Samsung priced A5 around $ 400, but it should be A7 at $ 400. A5 can be priced around $ 300..

615 is a mid range 64 bit snapdragon
810 is the high end 64 bit snapdragon
So i guess you should see big difference in performance from each one..

same configuration of yu yureka except full hd screen.. but this phone cost more than three times of yu yureka... i dont think anyone with brain will choose this device

phone is expensive it should be priced at Rs. 22000-23000 only, coz HTC giving same config infact better config phone in 21-22K. name called HTC Desire 820... 820 is better as compare to A7

If specs were everything iphones wouldn't have sold like hotcakes...take a chill guyzzzit all depends on real world usage, customer satisfaction, built quality,camera performance, viewing angles etc in no chineese or indian brand come close .....go try this out its awesome trust meeh..last thing samsung has its own class guyzz

$500 for mid range chipset is just hilarious. Fools will still buy it though, Samsung must be making record profit margins on each one of these sold.
Phone is average looking too imo. Wow Samsung are using metal, wooptidoo.
