Microsoft has Lumia 635 with 1GB of RAM on the way

It appears that Microsoft is about to quit offering smartphones with 512MB of RAM on board.

Wow great. But some big brands like Sony,Samsung,LG etc still make's 512 MB of RAM. Thanks Microsoft and please wanted minimum 5 mp camera too.

Lumia phones clear black display is awesome
