Sony Xperia M4 Aqua spotted ahead of its official unveiling

The waterproof Xperia M4 Aqua is expected to be the Xperia Z4 Tablet's date to the MWC.

You may be right, but i like the design, the build qualty, the battery life and the UI of my Sony M2. As for the camera, is good enough for me and i bet is more than enough for most users.

        They are really great. One of my mates got a 5s. The camera is a killer, makes very good pics compared to my one in the SONY.

As an example, look at the overpriced iphone. It's an 8MP but blows other 8-13MP phones away. But from what I have heard, it's ironic that iphone camers are made by Sony.

                    SO in a Z3Compact my finger have to move over more area, so I could reach less area of the screen.
                    I find 4,3 inch is bigger than usable for me, so I will never buy any phone bigger than 4,5. Thats all.

                        I am not a hater (at least not Sony hater). To tell you the trouth, ATM (IMHO) Sony is the ONLY maker, who make good phones. I love they Android UI, they phone design, the metal and glass materials, they ues, etc.
                        I will never buy a plastic samsung, or another crapy brand.

                        What I do not like, they not make a good phone assortment. This is an idiot trend to make bigger and bigger and bigger phones, and Sony follow this trend.
                        Which is not be a problem, if they would produce 1 small phones in every price range (entry, mindrange and flagship) in every year.

                        But all Sony phones over 5 inch in the nowdays, and this is BAAAAADDD. I mean really bad.

                        The other probelem is the camera issue. Sony makes objectives, digital cameras, camcorders, and camera modules for phones. In some case Sony camera modules make better pictures in a third party brand's phones, than Sony's own phones. This is nonsense.

                        Sony shoud sit down, and start uses it's head. Try to make phones, which are meets people's demand.
                        It's not a strategy, to make 5+ inch phones in 1000 variations.

                            The 20.7 MP camera was actually one of the reasons I got the phone. But I have no idea where these MP are hiding. I can't see them on the pictures.

It's pretty nice for the average us... moreThe back camera is below average compared to offerings of other brands of the same price range and I'm talking about other internationally known brands. Definitely agree with you on the front cam, even the very old iphone 4 has a better front facing camera. Sony is one of my favorite brands but it seems they're just relying on their brand name to get sales and never bring new or innovative in the table. It's annoying since I was hoping to get my next phone as a Sony but it seems there way too many better alternatives.

Trying to find a new flagship or even a midrange smartphone at 4-4,3" is impossible, and the mini flagship is not mini anymore. Even low end smartphone also becomes bigger (ex: new motorola moto e at 4,5").

                                    I really wish I could find a 4 inch smartphone with modest spec, ips hd screen, snapdragon 410 with 2 gb ram, 16 gb rom, and good camera...

                                      I have Z1Comapct and I find that it's weakest point is the camera. I love the display, the speed, the stability, the waterproof rating, the battery and all parts of the phone, but the camera is a crap.
                                      It is NOT better, then my previous phone's 8MP camera.
                                      Pictures are out of focus, washed, colors are not accurate, dynamic range is week. In low light condition pictures are completely useless. So the only week point of that phone, is the camera. (And the big size. Big size for a "compact" phone).

                                      And this is a real shame for Sony, because they make a lot of camera modules, they should make a good one into it's own flagship.
