- HTC One M7 released on March (first phone with full metal and antenna strips).
- HTC sold their Beats Audio stacks.
2014 :
- Apple iPhone 6 released September (first round-edge full metal with stripes for iPhone)
- Apple acquire Beats Audio stacks.
Seems to me the other way around.

AnonD-266737, 03 Mar 2015Why almost every design looks like an iphone these days..Apple marketing made it so iPhones have this "aura" that makes people feel more rich+important about owning one. Then comes the Chinese crowd where status means success... thus the major sales. Chinese OEMs see how profit Apple is making, then aspire to be them. With the success of Xiaomi (which major inspiration is Apple), Samsung, with it's waning sales, made the GS6 to conform to the design ques of the iPhone 6 to better attract the huge iPhone user base. Whether this tactic will work is still anyone's guess but one thing's for sure - the Galaxy S have never looked this great thanks to the inspiration. Expect more to follow suit.
Personally, I no longer side with the patent trolls. It's not like people are copy and pasting Apple's design. When it is improved upon with different takes from multiple oems, it gives Apple insight on how to improve their next-gen product. Apple had this tendency of slapping patent lawsuits on companies that slightly resemble their designs and slack off because of their major profit advantage. More competition will only drive better Apple products in the long run.

The sad part about the mentality you have about me is that am not an iphone or apple person. My likes are htc and samsung. Android is what i love.

Apple is a balant copy of Chinese company called Digione.

Iphone 6 "concept" was leaked in april 2014. And officially announced in September 2014.
