U can contact by visiting samsung official site and find the option "email to ceo office" and send your issues...The more you complaint the early we get the fix. Rather then complaining here.plz visit samsung site and let those people know what we are suffering from..I did the same.thanks

How can u tell that marshmallow will come in note 3.Samsung usually tells whenever and update comming for a device,but its not even shown in their website about marshmallow for note 3(testing).Send some proof.
