Well,i hav mailed asking questions abt marshmallow to samsung.They called me and said that there is no official confirmation abt Marshmellow OTA for Note3 but they told me its under development(testing).Maybe it may take time to reach official marshmallow to note3 (just like delayed for note 3 neo for lollipop 5.1.1 update).
