battery draining very fast after updating to 8.2...today i charged my iphone4s to 100% after an hour it shows 60 % and after half an hour 20%... after that i pluuged in my charegr, the battery goes to 51 % in one second...what the hell..

You shouldn't talk about these problems in a public place.
People who don't have iPhones might read this and see that the Apple products are not as perfect as Apple and its fanatics are saying.

Yes mine drain really really fast... I have tried everything I could think of. still darning. Mine is 6 Plus. 8.1.3 was fantastic I use to kill this phone on 8.1.3 and it was rocking all day long over 10 hours SOT. with 8.2 I lost almost 10% in one hour... Going back to 8.1.3 before they close it....

Why? does the android's predecessor fones got the successors' every new feature? I know you cant feel it since it will be never updated at all. Android may have wide aray of choices but atleast iPhone's camp doesnt have crap and rubbish, everything is atop and premium. At the end of the day, its about the happiness that is brought to users, since using fone doesnt mean showing off every person you see what your fone can do. Besides, if you are happy with your andoid fone (if you have) your opinion is not solicited here. Its an apple article.

Updated my iphone 5 with ios 8.2. is stable for now with no abnormal battery issues and lag in general use. however, keeping my fingers crossed as issues generally crop up around 2-3 days after use of new OS. for me, ios 8.1 was a big issue as my phone was lagging a lot after installing it..

Yes. Iphones get faster and more updates because there has been only one phone a year. Now two for the past two. That's it.
And iOS is a much more tightly compact, restricted, less feature rich and functional OS. And is a lot easier to keep track of on a small number of devices in a controlled environment.
Where as with Android choice is the key area. It's all your choice. What type of phone you want, how you want it to look, what price range you are ok with, what company you like, and everything else to go.
And OEMs have to make the update and send it to carriers.
And opposite to iOS Android is much more vast in functional offerings and features to go. And has all different skins.
So it takes longer to get updates.
But while you are waiting whatever you have is already far ahead of what iOS offers. And it's not like getting an update on iOS is anything to brag about. Unless you are on the latest iphone you are just getting a watered down update. 4S could not even get the full update when the 5S released.
And since 7 and 8 have been messing up the performance of the devices.
Because Apple is now trying to catch up because the rest of the tech world is advancing much further and now people are starting to see how "unimportant" decent hardware is.
Plus it's all a numbers game. Many people would be back on iOS 6 and 7. Many were going back because of the bugs and issues. But apple took the option away because too many people were doing it.
And apple cares more about being able to claim a larger percentage is on the latest builds and avoiding the claims of "fragmentation" rather than customers happiness.
It's all about their greed, wallets, and satisfaction. Not your happiness or a truly workable device.

That's apple's number game.
Even the 4s could not get the full update to iOS 6 when the 5s came out. Only the 5 could. But they immediately discontinued the 5 to make more money off selling the 5c. And the 5 was more stable.

Do not be bothered by percentage. Use it normally. Once in a while, full discharge and charge to calibrate battery.
