ithehappy, 16 Mar 2015Yeah right, like you can put your running microwave inside ... moreSamsung S4 had same problem and was fixed with firmware upgrade. Htc can do same. But you cant fix lack of MicroSD card. Even if you put your brain into a fridge ;)

HTC has a tendency of not learning from its mistakes. overheating was an issue in m7. also in m8 and I can't believe m9 too.
same applies to camera. they are being desperate to keep up with the competition.

                Well, Samsung said it.

If you ask me, this says more about Qualcomm's chipset more than it does the HTC M9. I've believed for some time that Qualcomm has been rushing out it's flagship chipsets in order to remain one of the industry's main distributors. Therefore, foregoing the proper Tim needed to test their product properly before mass production. Looks like Samsung perhaps made a smart move after all?

Okay, why the test didn't include LG g flex 2 and galaxy s6 instead of including last year's high-ends?

Not quite sure what HTC have been spending their research funds on this year. It's quite clear the Snapdragon 810 processor has had problems in this area as shown by the huge decision to ditch the chipset entirely by Samsung, and niggling reports coming from LG. The One M8 has seen the least change/improvement of any smartphone reiteration and is struggling to meet release dates due to "software" issues as well as what appears to be an over 30% core temperature increase. Not going to be pleasant to hold with the metal unibody.
