How to flash russian firmware lollipop 5.1.1 to samsung galaxy note 3 neo.
1. Download lollipop firmware 5.1.1 russian (SER) from samfirmwares or youmobile.org ( ~1.3gb)
2. Download odin from same sites above.
3. You need samsung mobile drivers on the P.C or laptop from where you are going to flash the firmware.
download samsung mobile drivers or install samsung kies, which has drivers preinstalled.
4. Backup your phone datas.
5. Put your phone to download mode.
pull out the battery, then press the volume down button+ home + power button and release after screen shows a android logo.
6. Confirm download by pressing the volume button as shown in the screen.
IMPORTANT
7. Connect your phone to P.C and open ODIN.8. If you can see a blue color in the port area and a message showing ADDED!
then you are good to go.
(If not , reinstall samsung drivers and restart your p.c)
8. If phone is added,
Select AP option and select the downloaded file of the firmware which is extracted once.
WAIT FOR THE ODIN TO ANALYSE THE FIRMWARE.
9. After verifying, click start and wait for ODIN to show PASS!
10. after that phone will restart, Just pull the battey and put it in and do a wipe Data / factory reset and wipe cache from RECOVERY MODE.(check google for recovery mode tutorial or hard reset tutorial) thank you

switch off your phone, then turn it on by by hilding
volume up+home+powerbutton when there is a android robot logo, release all buttons.
wait 3 seconds for the phone to show recovery options...from that select wipe data option 1st , then wipe cache.
Your phone will work just fine.
make sure you backup all datas before doing this.

Flashed my note 3 neo with russian firmware. Using it from 2 days..till now no error no issues..evrything working fine...working lyk charm...

Rahul , 13 Dec 2015My dear brothers i am also eagrly waiting for lollipop in m... morerahul why we void the warranty....we are flashing the official rom. i flashed the russian firmware...and my device status is official....not void any warranty.....so please don't hasitate to upgrade...

The lollipop update will not release in this month. Because the samsung officially announced "Note 3 Neo to get Lollipop later this year".Russian ans Korean update was a test release.After the test release, they identify the bugs & problems of it.
Then they will fix error and release lollipop update world widely.

1.download firmware
2.install odin 3
3.go in downloading mode by pressing volume down key,lock key and home key
4.connect your mobile to the pc by using usb cable
5.wait for display mobile id on odin 3
6.chose AP and and then chose your firmware on odin 3
7.and then click start and wait until it complete

Pls note: It takes around 6hrs to download russian firmware.
