and lg already announced there is another flagship phone to be released before the end of this year. the g4 note by that time there will be a better processor they might use for it.

Snapdragon 808 with Adreno 418 weaker than 430, plus DDR3 ram support only. Good this year all android flagship with snapdragon are doomed. There is no comparison with SGS6, this year.

Now all these thumbs up about soc 808 being the best for battery and efficiency, who actually knows if it's true? How sure are we that soc 808 is not power hungry like the 810?

              Anonymous, 31 Mar 2015why 808 -,-http://www.gsmarena.com/insiders_lg_may_sue_qualcomm_over_custom_s810_for_samsung-news-10935.php

htc m9 with sd 810 has issues , over heating and weaker battery performance

lg g flex2 with sd 810 has an issues with battery performance

samsung did not put sd 810 on its flagship s6 and s6 edge beacause of those issues.

sony xperia z4 will face the same issues with htc m9 and lg g flex 2.

lg made the right direction in choosing sd 808!

Anonymous, 31 Mar 2015why 808 -,-snapdragon 808 is the best choice rightnow

snapdragon 810 has many issues, like over heating,no good battery efficiency.

                for example;

htc m9 has bigger battery capacity but it did worse than htc m8 in the battery score.

lg g flex 2 has smaller screen than g flex one but it did worse in the battery endurance score,

lg realized sd 810 has issues since then they finally decided not to go with sd 810 for its flagship g4.

also samsung knows the issue with sd 810 that made them to not use it for s6 and s6 edge.

Its hard to have high hopes for G4, after all G2 is still the LG champ, G3 is too big with less battery life, low contrast mediocre display, severely insufficient GPU for its resolution, inferior camera and whatever. G2 is the one to beat.

wow this is so much exciting!
                    sd808 is an amazing choice!

i think the htc m9 has poor battery endurance rate due to the sd 810, remember the htc m8 has smaller battery but it did better in battery compared to htc m9.

also the lg g flex2 has smaller screen than the first g flex but the battery score is weaker due to the sd810.

and i believe lg knows what is the best for the g4.

another impressed me here is the 8mp selfie cam which is really really nice to me.

i hope battery capacity will be around atleast 3400mah.

If the battery life isn't more than the LG G2 then it will be turd numero uno once again. LG G3 was trash. This year already we have two other trash cans, M9 and the Galaxy S6 series. I will grab the Note 4 next year for cheaps before it becomes EOL.

Anonymous, 31 Mar 2015I highly doubt it is going to be 808. 1. LG Flex 2 alrea... moreI actually hope they use either the more stable Snapdragon 805 or 808. The half baked 810 is just not suitable to be used because it overheats so much making the only option for LG to throttle- like in the G flex 2.

I highly doubt it is going to be 808.

                                1. LG Flex 2 already has 810
                                2. Competitors are all using 810
                                3. GFX database is questionable
                                4. The photo backcover definitely is a turn off and it looks awfully smaller than 5.5 phone. Looks like a lowend phone.

So now LG is sacrificing animals to try and get its poor sales up?!

Maybe if it got a better phone out, it may make a greater difference in sales...
