if this is the design then why to announce a new device to the already excellent z3 , sony should keep the z3 and push the support forward if they want to make a higher sales figures

They need to re-hire the Sony Ericsson design team. Xperia Arc Z5 required with grippy back. Or Xperia Pro Z5 with full slide-out hardware QWERTY keyboard.
