If you actually bother to read the article, there are R&D costs, designers need to be paid, adverts cost money etc - there are more costs than just building the phone.

It looks too much like an iphone in the first place, especially at the edges, and its design just doesn't match Apple's. And before you call me a sheep, I use Android.

Let's not forget that Aple pays alot of peaple for software development, while adroid is provided for free by Google and they only personalize it more or less, so they have less costs on software.

I can't believe there's still a troll like you nowadays. The other trolls won't even dare saying the S6 is ugly let alone saying that the boring and outdated iPhone 6 is more beautiful, because they themselves acknowledge that the S6 and the S6 edge are really beautiful. And I'm not even talking about the inside, the gorgeously advanced inside. You should really have your eyes and brain checked.

S6edge is consuming more battery. 2600 mah battery is not enough. Should change to 3200. Otherwise features are good. It's orsom phone but u need to charge twice in a day

S6 + s6 edge remains ugliest phone to date. HTC and iPhone remains the best. Samsung users are convincing themselves including those in the head office

I own the black 64gb s6 edge and this phone looks beautiful. I haven't experienced any lagg yet its just soo fast. i would pay more for a smooth lag free phone over SD card support since i bought the 64gb version.

Even Microsoft does not do that. Apple can keep its IOS to its self now, as I don't really think anyone would want to use it on their phones.

Used the Phone now for two days, the 6S Edge, outstanding, and at last we find the true apple killer. Apple better come out with something else or time to go. Apple's IOS is boring, unusable, outdated and slow. Samsung's UI added to the Android 5.02 is a real winner. Anyone who sees the Edge and does not like it must be clinically blind. The 6S is no slouch as well. Check it out guys.

BTW waiting eagerly for Samsung s6 edge 128 GB to hit the market :)

You seem to forget that Apple actual created and maintain iOS inhouse, unlike Samsung who simply need to amend the latest version which Google provides?
The OS is worth more than the hardware my friend.

Hi all, Let me share my experience ...
I decided already to go to another Android phone, the moment Samsung announced (No micro Sd, and non removable battery). one day, I was doing shopping in one of the malls in Dubai, and I saw Samsung store, then these devices S6 and S6 edge were in front of me, then I was like, let me grab and test the phone anyway I will buy another android device, but let me feel it or see what is new on it. Guess what, the moment I catch it on my hands, I felt like I am having a piece of jewel or something high-quality, unbelievalbe feeling, what a piece of thing I was like waawww, then the guys (sales person) ran fast to me saying that sir this is out of stock, then I really understood what Samsung did on the new S6 and S6 edge, they totally changed the quality and innovation meaning when it comes to smart phone built. Believe me guys, I am a professional IT man, and I was 100% moving to another android device, but the moment I touch the S6 and specially the S6 edge, I felt on love immediately. So this is a message to all, not just to Samsung fans, or Android, even iPhone lovers, give it a try on your hand, and you will feel what I am trying to say here...
Now, I am waiting to get my 64GB S6 edge.

Yes! Thanks and compliments to GSMArena for this article, etc. And okay so it seems that Samsung has done all that it could! ? And because the S6 Edge costed quite enough to Samsung. And really congrats to Samsung for the fantastic premium body! And even more for the really amazing dual curved display, it is really simple amazing! !!!! But on the other hand, I have to wait until I will see that LG and Sony will produce with the G4 and Xperia Z4, and mostly because I used/like to use really a lot of storage in my smartphone, and that's why I was very disappointed with the lack of the SD Card slot, in the Galaxy S6/Edge. (except even for the battery & WR as well) And to buy the 128GB version, is quite too expensive, and currently is not even available. So probably I will buy the LG G4 or Sony Xperia Z4, if not the Galaxy S6 Edge, but it have to be the 128GB flavor/version
