The s5 used snapdragon 801 and none of s6 or s6edge use that overheat snapdragon 810, they use their own processor which is 14nm chip exynoss, the first 14nm chip that even intel still not able to mass produced it yet.

until about 2005 SONY used to stand for super modern and exiting design in every branches of the company, by then their high prices matched their also high quality products and design excellence. Then SAMSUNG rose determined to take Sony's spotlight. today SONY Playstation and Sony music and film production are the only branches that survived SAMSUNG ,that's because they didn't entered those markets, TV division is lost for SAMSUNG and LG, Portable music Player lost for Apple,HIFI division and VAIO are dead, nobody is interested on recordable CDs anymore and Sony memory stick was a dead born,they even struggle to sell their headphones line now with Beatz around .SONY is crippled but continues to practice high prices on products that doesn't match the competition higher standards, I hope they correct their mistakes in time to save them selves It is very sad to me to see this SONY after the old Sony that I so proudly used to show off , back in the school all the electronics on my drawings had a Sony logo on

First s5 has snapdragon801 and s6 has exynos 7420 which is better and faster than crapdragon810 which over heats and throttle.+s6 has more and faster ram.also it has the best internal memory speed.
