hi samsung my problem is that when i upgrade my s5 (SM-G900I) to lollipop version my phone say that my phone is upgrade in unauthorised way and then my phone is not able to upgrade to marshmallow. i go to samsung care they say that they can upgrade my phone to marshmallow but phone can get destroy so plz help me i want to upgrade my phone to marshmallow because many new features come tere so pllllllzzzz help me thankyou

For about a week or two this phone has lost its mind. While in use when batt reads below 80 percent it flickers to other apps, locks up, batt power drops like a rock, even shuts itself off. Thought might need a new battery, or phone. Seems to work with charger hooked up, and at 100 percent . Is this part of the update issue or is it a battery, phone. Virus, someone let me know.
I'm on ssi and don't have a bunch of money to waste if there is a fix. HELP

This Nov 2017 update completely messed up my phone. The stupid Google assistant keeps coming up without me triggering it. I can't even disable the dame thing because it's with Google. I can hardly touch the screen without it popping it. Then I have to keep resetting my settings, which temporarily fixes it for like 1 day then it goes back to acting crazy.
Then my battery life has cut down to like half. The apps keep crashing. Phone keeps freezing, especially whenever I get a phone call, it takes like 25 secs before the person on the other side of the phone to hear me. The phone has a mind of its own at this point. So upset that I updated the stupid software.
I hope they release a new update that would fix all these issues.

November Samsung Galaxy 5 update messed up my phone. Lost all my game apps that I downloaded, the spell auto correct is strange, and lost all my pictures from the past week. When I went to Shutterfly, it couldn't see any of my pictures.

My phone updated a few weeks ago. It seems that I have lost all my camera features. It takes pictures. But I am not able to adjust to night time. The ISO. Can no longer change from color to black and white.
And not to mention. It took me 10 minutes to type this due to the very persistent and annoying auto correct.
Is the camera thing a glitch? Because I chose this phone for it picture capturing abilities .

My husband and I updated and it changed our screens (2 phones) , changed our icons, deleted some of them, and now the text auto correct is even worse than it was before and now neither phone will charge beyond 91%. Both phones! I'm really losing faith in Samsung. The last two phones have been a disaster!
