When I go to my gallery. My panoramic photos do not display as they used to now they display in one long tiny horizontal still image. Please help. Previously the panoramic image would play like a slide of the whole image and it was full screen

Samsung has ruined our phones with this update. I have to believe it was intentional. No one at that level could be that stupid. Samsung owes us all new phones!

Updated phone yesterday, now bluetooth keeps connecting then straight away drops off.

Ever since I've gotten the update, I haven't been getting hardly any texts from anyone! My phone freeze up constantly and then turns completely off. Sometones it wont even let me into an app.. it just closes me out. Fix thus please

This update is horrendous. I am not receiving texts from Iphone users, the phone turns itself off for no apparent reason, when I go onto facebook I have to scroll up, and the screens do "hang" and flicker at times. Also messed up the one word game I had downloaded.

Hate this! Won't allow me to use wifi, at least not all the time. Says "can't connect right now". It's connected. Battery drain is ridiculous. Sometimes I have to dial area code when I never did before. I hate this. Loved Samsung until this update.

After the latest software update my screen I'd flickering n flickering. I'm going mad about this. I scanned my phone 10 times. Reset my phone restarted but it's not solving.

Why this change?? it worked fine before. Just one more step. Ahh, it just dawned on me, I did not see any option for tethering. I'll bet this was all about stopping tethering. What a bunch a BS!!!

I thought I was the only person that has lost ALL pics that were taken through my camera. I had them Monday night because I posted them to Facebook and when I got up yesterday, 7/5/16, the WHOLE folder was gone! There is such a bad lag now too. I have restarted 6 times in the last 24 hours thinking it would help. Now to get into my Note4, I have to hit the home button at least 3 times just for the screen to open up! BAD BAD move Android!! Anyone thinking about doing the update please DO NOT DO IT!

Just downlaoded new SW update on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) and Facebook has stopped working, im getting this msg 'Unfortunately, Facebook has stopped'.
I've tried to restart phone, switch it off/on again, all seems not to work.
Also, my screen has started flickering.
Anyone having same issues ?

WTF?! What the hell are Samsung thinking?! How about you work out the damn bugs BEFORE you push the update through. since the most recent update, have lost photos, music, etc. Have gone through every folder on the phone and sim, no luck. And while they may acknowledge an issue, still no solution in sight. Thank goodness I have a phone I spent almost a month's rent on that I can no longer count on. Thanks Samsung, way to be responsive to your client's complaints! Frustrating!!!

After the software upgrade, I lost the voicemail box. I was actually told by my husband that "my mailbox is full or is not set up"!! I also got "roaming" when I turn on data without turning on "Location." Seems like I have to turn on Location at all times now for the apps to work, which drain my battery. Cannot view files in computer also with the USB. All sorts of problems since the update a week or so ago!!

Not only do I hate the look after yesterday's update (I can no longer see the symbols on my keyboard$!#). But today it wanted to do another update and I must have pocket dialed "continue" and it did it again. Rating up my entire lunch time when I needed to make phone calls. Just got home from work to find it asking for yet another update! Argh!
Is there a fix for this?

Since the update, I'm not getting text msgs, screen freezes during text replies.
Customize msg alerts and ring tones are missing.
Bring back the old version till you get THIS ONE fixed

I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S5 from Android 4.4 to Android 5. My battery used to heat too much and also I had issues with wi-fi tethering, however all sorted out and no complainant what so ever.
