Samsung please fix camera freeze, home crash and battery drain problems on s5. It's soooo annoying to buy the flagship and then get such problems :(

Samsung has always problems with updates. Thats why i will never buy Samsung S6.

Lollipop runs surprisingly well on Qualcomm socs and terrible on Exynos.
I got S5 that is plagued by force close of many system apps, battery drains like crazy at times, several times the phone hanged and I had to pull the battery out.
Samsung has some serious issues there. Please fix.

where are the samsung fanboys, SOME even claimed s6 never hangs. 2.8 gb out of 3gb ram used(that too ddr4).! s7 will have 4gb ddr5 ram. there innovation ha.

I've had nothing but issues on the release of Lollipop.
1. Camera freeze
2. No Contact saved
3. Power usage runs Battery down now with 2hrs from 100% to 50%
and so on

Yeah that's how Samsung markets itself: release the update fast so that all websites bring it to news and praise Samsung. And later users complain of bugs and bugs and Samsung stops updates. Nothing new here, not happening for the first time.

Samsung sending out "bad" updates for last years devices.. SO what's new??
As an S3 user that "upgraded" to 4.3, I know how the user experience goes to hell once the newer flagship releases. I love what a beast the S6 is, but considering Samsung's BS update issues I'd be afraid to get it.

We didn't get the updates for middle East Ksa for s5
