sng666, 07 May 2015WTF, Android M now, my samsung still hasn't got android L. ... moreActually FREAK has been patched more than a month ago into AOSP sources, you just haven't gotten that critical patch because Google doesn't find it important to mandate manufacturers to release those security updates. Do remember Google makes money from Big Data. Their #1 priority is making sure their crappy apps are bundled into every Android Certified phone, so that they can profit from selling your personal data collected by said crappy apps. Making security updates doesn't give them any money, hence the lack of any palpable action to enforce them.
